Nondestructive Testing
PES' NDT Lab offers NADCAP and ISO 17025 accredited Magnetic Particle (MT) and Liquid Penetrant (PT) Testing. Our technicians are certified in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A and National Aerospace Standard (NAS) 410. Our daily inspection queue includes raw material, welded parts, and finished-machined components.
Our experienced, certified technicians have conducted Nondestructive Testing and Weld Qualification Testing of inspected components for use in Nuclear, Aviation, Power Generation, Petro-Chemical, and Mining Industries.

Our Nondestructive Testing and Weld Qualification Testing inspection staff includes technicians certified as Level II and Level III inspectors in accordance with NAS 410 for both Liquid Penetrant (PT) and Magnetic Particle (MT) inspection. The Welding Qualification Testing Program is headed by a Materials Engineer who oversees all testing, training, and qualification of personnel and procedures. Our certified staff is also available for personnel training and consultation services.

Our experienced and certified technicians routinely perform inspections for a variety of industries including Aerospace, Power Generation, Nuclear, and Oil & Gas. Working in concert with our Machine Shop, the NDT Lab is capable of properly machining and prepping raw material samples for in-process NDT inspection. Our set-up is conducive to both batch processing of small parts and examination of unique, one-off larger components.
