As the calendar changes to a new month, travel season for multiple PES team members has arrived. Jerry Capo, VP & Director of Technology spent the week of September 23 in Calgary, AB, Canada for the International Pipeline Conference & Expo. This marks the 15th installment of the conference which is organized by volunteers from international energy corporations, energy & pipeline associations, and regulatory agencies.
President, Walt Moorhead, and VP of Sales & Marketing, Mic Moorhead will venture off for a two-week road trip. First, starting on October 3rd, Walt and Mic will be attending the Additive Manufacturing Consortium in Lake Geneva, WI. The gathering will feature multiple keynote speakers and presentations from some of the leading experts in the additive manufacturing arena.
There will be no rest for the weary as Walt and Mic will then travel to Austin, TX for the International Titanium Association Conference, October 6-9. The international membership consists of over 100 organizations, comprised of more than 1,200 professionals who are involved in producing, fabricating, or consuming titanium metal. Over 100 exhibitors are expected to be in attendance.
Finally, on Monday September 30, Metallurgical Engineer, Sam Fabian will be attending the International Materials, Applications & Technologies Conference in Cleveland, OH. The meeting will showcase the latest and greatest technology and research the industry has to offer. One of the main focuses of the conference is the collaboration, development, and networking opportunities of the participants to continue to drive innovation in the materials, applications, and technology field.
